You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

4. Subscription and Payment

AppLanding offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Changes to pricing with 30 days' notice
  • No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using AppLanding. By using the Service, you grant us:

  • A license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • The right to use your app information (name, icon) in our directory if you opt in
  • The right to showcase your landing pages as examples (with permission)

AppLanding's code, design, and branding are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Modify or discontinue features with 30 days' notice
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLANDING AND 20 MILES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
